Terms of Service

1. The game

TOSHI AI is provided solely for entertainment. The current version is a single-player game with no multiplayer, chat, user-generated content, public profiles, or player-to-player communication. Store availability may differ by platform and region.

2. Eligibility

The game is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are a minor where you live, you may use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Limited license

The developer grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play TOSHI AI on a compatible device for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.

4. Accounts and connectivity

The current version requires no TOSHI AI account, registration, username, password, email address, or social login. Core gameplay is available offline. Advertising and Google services may require a network connection.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The game uses Google AdMob for interstitial ads and optional rewarded videos. In the iOS version, each completed video that earns a reward grants one continuation from a checkpoint; this can be repeated after later deaths when an ad is available. Closing a video before earning the reward does not grant a continuation. No banner ads are configured. Core gameplay, Restart and Home do not require watching a rewarded video. Google Play Services may be used on Android. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; ad availability is not guaranteed.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

The current version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid downloadable content, or paid virtual items. If paid features are introduced, their price, conditions, and applicable store terms will be shown before purchase and these Terms will be updated where necessary.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Modify, tamper with, or distribute the APK or another game build
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or bypass technical protections, except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Exploit bugs, automate play, cheat, or manipulate scores or future leaderboards
• Copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially use game assets without permission
• Interfere with the game, advertising, security, or third-party services
• Impersonate the developer or use the game for unlawful purposes

8. Intellectual property

TOSHI AI and its characters, graphics, artwork, animations, music, sound, code, game systems, UI, design, logos, names, and other content are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Local game data

Scores, coins if implemented, progress, and settings may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and backups. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the game, device failure, or an update may cause local progress to be lost.

10. Updates and future features

The developer may update, rebalance, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or the game itself. Future features may include Google Play Games sign-in, leaderboards, cloud save, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, skins, events, or purchases. Availability is not guaranteed.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, freedom from errors, preservation of progress, or continuous availability of advertisements or third-party services.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of progress or data, device issues, lost opportunities, or third-party conduct arising from use of or inability to use the game. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Termination

Your license ends if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and restrictions survive termination where applicable.

14. Privacy

Use of the game is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

The developer may update these Terms when the game, business model, store rules, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
